OFFICE HOURS: Our opening hours from June until September are 10 am to 1.30 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm, from Monday to Friday. Saturdays from 10 am to 1.30 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm. In winter time we open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm.
ARRIVAL: From 4-7 pm. On Sunday a previous appointment is requested. Arrivals after 8 pm are not allowed without notice.
DEPARTURE: Before 9.30 am. Vacances a S’Agaró offers de possibility of leaving the accommodation earlier with prior communication.
PRICE: The prices indicated include the consumption of water, gas, electricity except in those holiday homes where the contract specifies otherwise.
TOURIST TAX: 0.90€ per person per day up to a maximum of seven days' stay per person. People under 17 years old are exempted.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment will be made in cash on delivery of keys. Checks are not accepted.
CLEANING: The villa or apartment must be left in the same proper order and cleanliness as it was when clients checked-in. The final cleaning is included in reservations of 10 or more nights. For reservations of less than 10 nights the cost of the final cleaning will be added to the rental price.
PETS: Pets are not allowed in most of the holiday homes. Ifyou want to bring one, check the conditions with the agency.
BED LINEN: Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
DEPOSIT: Together with the balance, the customer will make a deposit from 150 to 300 Euros, depending on the quality of the rental, a sum to be returned on departure once the accommodation has been checked. When departure is not during office hours, the deposit will be returned by electronic banking. The deposit will not be returned if:
- The maximum number of occupants allowed per house or apartment is exceeded.
- The departure time of the property is not observed.
- If the property is left dirty, untidy or rubbish is not removed.
- If damage is caused to the property or its furniture.
- If we have received repeated complaints from neighbours about noise and/or bad behaviour.
CAPACITY: The maximum capacity allowed inside the property is fixed in our written offer.
RESERVATIONS MADE BY GROUPS COMPOSED EXCLUSIVELY OR MAINLY BY YOUNGSTERS FROM 16 TO 25 YEARS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
RESERVATION FORMALITIES: To confirm the reservation, the customer must forward 40% of the total rental fee by bank transfer or credit card online. The client will lose its reservation if the payment has not been cashed within 15 days.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: The client who cancels the reservation 30 or more days before his arrival will retain 25% of the deposit. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days, a 50% and if you cancel within 14 days before occupation you will lose 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation policy due to Force Majeure related to coronavirus (COVID 19) and other situations of the same nature.
Customers who cancel the reservation will be offered the following options:
- A change of dates for an upcoming stay
- A voucher for a future stay of the amount they have paid.
- Full refund of down payment.
- Any of the occupants has Covid 19 or in the last 30 days.
- Client is waiting for test results to rule out disease.
- Government-issued travel restrictions that prevent or prohibit travel to the accommodation area or rest. Travel recommendations and other advice the government may give are excluded.
- Emergencies, pandemics and epidemics officially declared of the government (endemic diseases or those already related to a certain area are excluded)
