Rental Terms

OFFICE HOURS: Our opening hours from June until September are 9.30-13.30 and 16.30-19.30, from Monday to Friday. Saturdays from 10.00h to 13.30h and 17.00h to 20.00h

ARRIVAL: From 17.00 to 20.00. On Sunday a previous appointment is requested. Arrivals after 20.00 are not admitted without notice. Arrivals after 24.00 are strictly forbidden.

DEPARTURE:Before 9.30.

THE RECEPTION AND DELIVERY OF KEYS IN S’AGARÓ OUT OF THE SCHEDULED HOURS WILL CHARGE 20 EUROSOF EXTRA COSTS.

PRICE: The price shown include the water, gas and electric (220 V), if these are not abusive.

TAX ON STAYS: 0,90€ per person and unit of stay for a maximum of seven days' stay per person. People under 17th are exempted.

FINAL PAYEMENT: Final payment will be made cash at the delivery of keys. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

CLEANING: The villa or apartment must be left in the same proper order and cleanliness as they were delivered to the customer. To leave the property dirty, untidy or with rubbish will be punished by keeping the deposit made by the client.

PETS: Pets are not allowed in the most part of the rentals. When pets are accepted customers will have to pay 40 Euros extra.

LINEN: It is not included in the price, but we can provide you sheets, towels and clothes. The price is 12 Euros/pers.

DEPOSIT: Together with the balance the customer will make a deposit from 150 to 300 Euros, depending on the quality of the rental, a sum to be returned at the departure once the checking of the accommodation has been done. When the departure is to be made out of the office hours the deposit will be returned by electronic banking. The deposit will not be returned if:

The maximal occupant number per rental is exceeded.

The departure hour is not fulfilled.

The property is left dirty, untidy or with rubbish inside.

The property, its furniture have been damaged.

The neighborhood has complained repeatedly of noise and/or bad behavior.

INSURANCE: The company Alquileres Reunidos does not accept any kind of responsibility in your holidays, be it due to illness, accident or anything else. Not do we accept any responsibility thefts that could eventually happen inside the rentals. We highly recommend customers to make an insurance to cover illnesses, accidents, lost of cash and assets thefts.

CAPACITY: The maximal capacity allowed inside the property is fixed in our written offer.

RESERVATIONS MADE BY GROUPS COMPOSED EXCLUSIVELY OR MAINLY BY YOUNGSTERS FROM 16 TO 25 YEARS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.

RESERVATION FORMALITIES: To confirm the reservation the customer must forward 40% of the total rental prize by bank transfer or credit card online. The client will loose its reservation if the payment has not been cashed within 15 days.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: The customer can cancel 30 days before his arrival and only 60 Euros will be charged of cancellation costs. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival you will lose your pay and signal. In case of force majeure alternatives will be proposed.
